We always strive for accurate order processing, but in the event of an error, we are committed to resolving it promptly for you.
If you are dissatisfied with your Formula order for any reason, you can return unopened products to us, provided they are in their original condition and securely returned.
We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not offered on promotional, reduced, or discounted items unless the product is damaged. We can assist with a refund or replacement only upon receiving video or picture proof of damage.
To initiate a return, refund, or replacement, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@theformulaperformance.com. Include the following information in your communication:
- Name
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Specify whether you are requesting a refund, an exchange, or a replacement
Returns, exchanges, and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. We are not able to reimburse the cost of postage paid to send the goods back to us.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have sent the wrong item, or the item is faulty.
Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
